Indemnity and Liability

1. Referral Only
   Business Growth Club (“BGC”) provides introductions to third-party insurance providers for your convenience. BGC is not an insurer, broker or financial advisor and does not issue or underwrite insurance products.

2. No Warranty
   BGC makes no representations or warranties whatsoever regarding the suitability, accuracy or completeness of any insurance product or service offered by the referred provider. You agree that any decision to obtain insurance is solely your own and based on your independent assessment.

3. Affiliate Commission
   You acknowledge that BGC may receive an affiliate or introduction commission from the insurance provider if you proceed to purchase a policy through our referral link. This commission is paid by the insurer and does not affect the premium you pay.

4. Indemnity
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BGC and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with:

   • Your use of, or reliance upon, any insurance products or services obtained through BGC’s referral;

   • Any misrepresentation or omission by you in the information provided to BGC or to the insurance provider;

   • Any act or omission of the third-party insurance provider.

5. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall BGC’s liability to you exceed the total referral commission actually received by BGC in relation to your insurance purchase. BGC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
