Why I Started Business Growth Club
My journey into business started when I was 19 years old after arriving in Australia.
Like many new migrants, I struggled to find work and quickly realised I needed to create my own business.
If I wanted financial freedom and control over my future, I needed to create my own opportunities.
So I started my first business.
An import and wholesale business selling homewares.
I was excited. Motivated. Determined to succeed.
But the reality of business hit hard.
Margins were tight.
Cash flow was difficult.
Customers wanted credit accounts.
Expenses piled up.
Eventually, the business failed.
But I didn’t give up.
I tried retail next.
I opened a gift store and poured everything into it.
Again, I learned valuable lessons the hard way.
High shopping centre rents.
Staffing issues.
The stress of expansion.
The constant pressure of overheads.
Eventually, I sold the business at a loss.
Over the years, I explored many different businesses and industries.
Restaurants.
Health product online stores.
Website and app development.
eCommerce businesses.
Marketing businesses.
Some failed.
Some survived.
Some became successful businesses that I later sold.
But through every success and every failure, one question kept running through my mind:
Why is business so hard?
How do some business owners seem to succeed so easily while others struggle constantly?
What do successful business owners know that I don’t?
The truth was…
Most businesses fail not because people are lazy or unintelligent.
They fail because they lack systems.
I discovered this even more clearly after enrolling in the E-Myth business coaching program and becoming a business coach myself.
As I spoke to business owners from all kinds of industries, I noticed the same pattern over and over again:
Most businesses were running on stress, chaos, and guesswork.
Very few had proper systems.
That discovery changed everything for me.
Instead of simply “starting businesses,” I became obsessed with systemising them.
I wanted businesses that could operate consistently, generate leads predictably, and eventually run without depending on the owner doing everything themselves.
That’s when I started building and refining service businesses like house cleaning and mattress cleaning businesses using systems and processes.
Step-by-step systems.
Marketing systems.
Lead generation systems.
Client conversion systems.
Because I realised something important:
Starting a business is actually the easy part.
Getting paying customers consistently is the hard part.
That’s why Business Growth Club was created.
Not just to help people “start businesses”…
But to help everyday people launch businesses with real systems, real support, real marketing, and real-world guidance behind them.
I know what it feels like to lose money.
I know what it feels like to lie awake at night stressed about debt repayments.
I know what it feels like to sacrifice time with family trying to make a business work.
And I also know what it feels like to finally discover systems that make business easier, more predictable, and more scalable.
That’s why we built Business Growth Club differently.
You are not left alone trying to figure everything out yourself.
With proven Biz Kits, mentoring, marketing systems, AI-powered tools, and ongoing support from our team and marketing agency…
You have guidance I wish I had when I started.
My mission today is simple:
To help more people create freedom, income, confidence, and opportunity through business ownership — without making the same costly mistakes I made.
Because if someone like me could eventually figure it out after years of trial, failure, learning, and persistence…
So can you.
