Marketing To-Do / Habit Tracker
Keep on top of daily marketing tasks—post on social, follow up leads, update your blog, check ads. Drag to reorder, track progress, and export history.
How It Works:-

Add & Customize Tasks

In the “Add Task” field, type a marketing activity (e.g., “Post Instagram Story,” “Check Ad Spend”).

Click the bright yellow Add button. Tasks appear in a checklist below.

Reorder with Drag-and-Drop

Each task row features a “≡” drag handle.

Click and hold the handle to drag the task up or down, customizing your daily workflow.

Check Off Completed Items
-
As you finish each task, tick its checkbox.

The green progress bar at top updates to show your percentage of tasks completed today.

Auto-Reset & Save History
-
At midnight (or on first page load after a date change), the completed percentage automatically resets to 0%.

Yesterday’s completion percentage is saved in your browser’s history log.

Download, Print, or Share

Click Download History CSV to get a spreadsheet of past dates and completion rates.

Click Print to format and print just the Habit Tracker area.

Click Share to open your device’s native share dialog (or copy the page URL) so teammates can view or bookmark it.

By following these steps each day, you’ll stay on top of recurring marketing tasks, see at-a-glance progress, and maintain a record of your performance over time.
