    Select Contact Date and choose a status (Not Contacted, Contacted, Negotiating, Confirmed, Completed, Rejected).

  • Log Negotiation Terms & Compensation
    Enter any Terms and Compensation agreed upon.

  • Specify Deliverables & Deadlines
    Describe Deliverables and set a Due Date for content delivery.

  • Mark Completion
    Check the Completed box once deliverables are received or approved.

  • Save Progress
    Hit Save Progress to store your data in the browser—no login needed.

  • Export or Print
    Use Download CSV or Print/PDF to generate reports for your records.

  • Share with Your Team
    Click Generate Share Link to create a unique URL that preloads your tracker—ideal for collaborating with advisors or colleagues.
